Announcement: With effect from 1 August 2010, AfricaOnline will be doubling the amount of bandwidth available to its wireless broadband subscribers at no extra cost. This will allow substantially more browsing for home users and will be a saving and value addition for business subscribers. The increase will not be applicable to 192K Home users, who will instead be able to upgrade their caps from 1GB to 3GB for an additional N$75 monthly. The new caps will be as follows:
The increases in capping are a result of new fibre technology. The fibre has been in testing for a year. Users may also expect an increase in speed. |
