Can I downgrade from the Business Standard package to the Business Basic package?

Yes, if the commitment is signed on a month-to-month basis, you can contact us to assist with the downgrade. If however you have signed for an annual subscription, you can only downgrade at the end of this period.

How do I upgrade from O365 Business Basic to O365 Business Standard?

You can simply get in contact with our sales department and we would be happy to assist.

I am a home user, not a business. Is this product applicable for me?

Yes, the product can be used for home or business purposes. We can also provide Microsoft Home products – please contact sales for more information in this regard.
