Alternatively, you can continue to use the service at the reduced speed (10% of headline speed) until the end of the month when your headline speed will be automatically reset to full headline speed.
OptiFi Business Fibre Connectivity
OptiFi Business is a broadband connection starting at 50Mbps and going up to 100Mbps headline speed. This business product ensures that business operations can run smoothly as preference is given on the network to business clients during normal working hours.
The team will also provide you with a routable IP to make sure that you can connect your business servers or set up remote workers to have secure remote access to your business servers.
This product is uncapped with a fair usage policy applied.

Dedicated fibre connections also come with multiple routable IPs, should you need to set up a complete business network. Dedicated fibre connectivity ranges from 5Mbps to 100Mbps. Please note that the dedicated fibre connectivity pricing is only available on request.
