Local Email
Our local email is hosted in Namibia and allows for both POP3 and IMAP functionality. POP3 downloads the email from a server to a single computer, then deletes the email from the server. On the other hand, IMAP stores the message on a server and synchronizes the message across multiple devices. Generally speaking, IMAP is more powerful and would be recommended by our expert team if you’re working across multiple devices.

Terms & Conditions
Please note that when working on IMAP, you are working directly on the server. Once mail is deleted from your deleted items, we are only able to recover it for you for up to 30 days. IMAP can also not sync your calendar entries between devices. The IMAP mailbox sizes are available in the following sizes: 5GB, 10GB, 25GB and 50GB.
