No, they are not included, however they are available and pricing can be provided on request.

Can I downgrade from the Business Standard package to the Business Basic package?

Yes, if the commitment is signed on a month-to-month basis, you can contact us to assist with the downgrade. If however you have signed for an annual subscription, you can only downgrade at the end of this period.

I am a home user, not a business. Is this product applicable for me?

Yes, the product can be used for home or business purposes. We can also provide Microsoft Home products – please contact sales for more information in this regard.
