What happens if hardware becomes faulty?

africaonline will replace faulty hardware if you have a fully managed firewall solution from us, provided that the damage is not due to customer neglect or lighting/power surges.

Is this a month-to-month service or do I need to sign-up for a whole year?

The minimum contract period is 12 months.

Does the solution allow for a captive portal for guests and keep their traffic separate from my corporate network?

It is not only possible but always highly recommended to separate virtual guest and corporate networks.

If I have two WAN (internet) links, can I load balance for optimal performance?

Yes, the solution allows for this functionality.

Is it possible to block access to adult content websites?

Yes, blocking of the majority of adult sites is possible for all or selected users.

Can I block access to Youtube and Facebook for some or all employees?

Yes, specific rules can be created and applied to specific or all users.
